Your business information stays connected to your account.

RM Goods Inc. collects the information you provide when you register, request a quote, send a private portal message, ask the website assistant a question, approve an order, or contact us. This can include your name, business name, username, delivery details, product requests, current pricing, order notes, messages, payment status, and tracking information.

How we use it

  • To research products and prepare delivered quotes.
  • To manage customer accounts, messages, orders, payments, and shipments.
  • To answer general questions through the RM Goods AI assistant.
  • To communicate about sourcing, fulfillment, and customer support.
  • To protect the portal, limit automated use, and prevent misuse.

AI assistant

Questions sent to Ask RM Goods AI are processed through OpenAI to produce a response. Do not include passwords, payment card information, or sensitive personal data. The assistant provides general guidance only; Roman confirms pricing, availability, shipping, and final quotes.

Payments and access

The RM Goods portal does not store card numbers. Stripe processes card payments on its secure pages. For direct checkout, RM Goods sends Stripe the order contents, recipient and delivery address, and stores the order and verified payment status. The order may be saved when a payment page is prepared even if payment is not completed. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and customer account histories are visible only to that customer and authorized RM Goods administrators.

Order notification emails

When you provide a contact email with an order request, we use it to notify you about replies and order updates. Our email delivery provider processes that address and the notification content. Detailed order information remains behind account sign-in. These are service messages, not marketing subscriptions. You can ask RM Goods to update your contact address or stop email notifications.

Sharing and retention

We share information only when needed to fulfill a request—for example, with a payment provider, carrier, warehouse, supplier, or freight partner—or when required by law. We retain business records for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Your choices
