Delivery estimates are not guarantees

All fulfillment, dispatch, transit, customs, and arrival dates are estimates, including dates shown by a carrier or tracking service. Carrier operations, customs review, weather, government action, labor disruption, remote delivery conditions, and incorrect customer information may affect timing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RM Goods is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses caused by a late delivery or events outside its reasonable control. Any remedy is subject to the approved quote, applicable law, and the carrier’s claim rules. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Freight and packing

Freight, duties, taxes, special packing, and forwarding charges are included only when shown in the written quote. RM Goods confirms required packing charges before payment.

Tracking and claims

Tracking is added to the customer account when available. Report loss, shortage, or visible damage promptly with photos of the shipment, labels, and packaging so RM Goods can review the carrier or supplier claim process.
