Clear terms before you order.

These terms apply to the RM Goods Wholesale and RM Goods Reach website, sourcing examples, customer accounts, quote requests, and order records. By creating an account or submitting a request, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the named business.

Product examples and quotes

Displayed products are examples of products RM Goods has sold, sourced, or identified through established suppliers; they are not a complete inventory or automatic offers to sell. RM Goods may search a much wider supplier network for unlisted products. Availability, package details, delivery eligibility, timing, packing requirements, and final delivered pricing must be confirmed by RM Goods. A quote is not accepted until you approve the stated products, quantity, delivery terms, and total.

Payments and changes

If we identify a product-price or packaging error before dispatch, the quoted total may need a correction of up to 10%. We will show you the revised total and ask for your approval before collecting any additional payment. If you decline, you may cancel for a full refund. This notice does not authorize an automatic charge.

Quote-based orders receive payment instructions after approval. Where direct checkout is available, eligible U.S. and U.S. territory orders show products, packaging, delivery and applicable tax before payment through Stripe. International orders remain quote-only. Direct checkout does not add a separate card-processing surcharge. Packaging and protective materials are separate from the limited-time free-delivery promotion. Any material change to an approved order requires a revised confirmation.

Delivery estimates and carrier delays

All fulfillment, dispatch, transit, customs, and arrival dates are estimates—not guarantees—even when tracking or a carrier estimate is provided. RM Goods does not control carrier operations, customs review, weather, government action, labor disruption, remote-area delivery, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RM Goods is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, business interruption, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by a late delivery or an event outside RM Goods’ reasonable control. Any available remedy for a carrier delay or loss is limited by the approved quote, applicable law, and the carrier’s claim rules. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers must provide accurate delivery and customs information. Risk, claims, returns, and damaged-shipment handling depend on the approved order terms and the carrier or partner used.

Account use

Keep your password private and contact RM Goods promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful requests, interfere with its operation, or send prohibited or sensitive information through the Message Center or AI assistant. AI responses are general information and are not quotes, approvals, availability guarantees, or shipping commitments.
